Beer has been brewed here since 2005 in the old premises which still bear witness to the building's history. All the brewing recipes are of course the brewery's own, and only the best ingredients are used in production. All the beer brewed is unfiltered and unpasteurised to give the very best result. Raasted Bryghus brews a basic and permanent range of 5-6 different beers, sold through supermarkets and specialist shops all over the country. A few 'Limited Edition' brews are also produced and sold exclusively to specialist shops.
